Last month i contacted James at Weather Smart Roofing to inspect and quote for repair or replacement to ridge tiles on our extension roof that had become damaged and loose over the years. Despite being very busy, he made time to personally come at a time that was convenient for us and eventhough it was a small job James's approach was thoroughly professional and he returned this week with his co-worker John to complete the works once we were happy with the quote. James and John were in an out in the same day and completed the job very professionally and to a high standard with minimal disturbance to us and our neighbours (we live in a mid-terrace house). James did advise of some underlying wet damage to the roof timber that will require a roof replacement in the future to prevent water ingress damage, but did not push to add that to the current job. James focused on getting the immediate repairs works done to allow us time to plan budget for the future replacement with the knowledge that our roof ridge tiles (all new) and our side valleys (now sealed and painted) will keep the weather at bay until  we can do further improvement in the future. Thanks to James and John for great service and quality of work and honest advice considerate to what is best for the property and us as owners living in it. We are happy recommend Weather Smart Roofing as providing a timely, reliable and professional service to a high standard no matter how small the job. We will definitely use James and his team in the future having experienced first hand the reliable and professional service the provide, which is a challenge to find these days. We got our whole roof replaced and it was really easy from start to finish. The team turned up on time every day, they took videos and explained exactly what was happening, James (the owner) knocked into us every day and was really responsive with questions, and the whole place was left spotless. James and his team did a fab job on my roof. The job was much bigger than expected due to birds nesting in the eves. Photographs and videos showed the extent of the damage. James explained what needed to be done. His team were very professional and left the premises very clean after the work was completed.
